DELTA is the 4th capital letter of the Greek alphabet. A triangle, with its 3 sides in perfect harmony. Just like the DELTA restaurant. A restaurant that is formed based on 3 principles: Gastronomy – Sustainability – Culture.
Menu: minimalist perfection, local raw materials and focus on small producers in Greece, but also on international techniques, such as the fermentation and the Scandinavian preservation, which are at the forefront of our times, change what we thought about taste.
